FitLens ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how your personal information is collected, used, and disclosed by FitLens.
We use your camera and photo library access solely to identify gym equipment in the photos you take or select. These images are uploaded to our secure servers for analysis by our AI partners (Volcengine) and are processed temporarily. They are not publicly shared or sold.
We use microphone access to listen to your voice commands during workout sessions and goal setting. Speech data is processed by Apple's on-device speech recognition and/or our backend AI to understand your intent.
We may request access to write workout data (calories, logic) to Apple Health (HealthKit) to keep your activity rings in sync. This processing happens locally on your device.
We use your location data (when in use) to suggest nearby gym names and tag your workout sessions.
We utilize the following third-party services for AI processing: - Volcengine (ByteDance): For visual recognition of equipment. - DeepSeek: For generating workout text logic.
Data sent to these parties is anonymized where possible and strict data retention policies are enforced.
You may delete your account and all associated data at any time via the "Settings > Profile > Delete Account" option in the app.
